Use these easy steps to ensure you are truly ready to start searching for that dream home!
- Have your credit checked. Assess your score with a professional and let them provide any advice needed to correct any errors that might be found.
- Create a budget. How do you want to spend? What can you afford? What would you like to see your monthly payments be? How much do you want to use for a down payment?
- Research options in financing. Explore different loan options and get pre-qualified, or pre-approved by local reputable lender.
- Begin to narrow your choice in area, or neighborhood that will fit your needs.
- Design a list of important "wants and needs" that you would like to see in your new home.
